Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is a strength training program for older adults. Strength training has many benefits:

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is for older adults who want to improve quality of life and stay active. The exercises are easy to lear, safe, and effective.
Sessions include warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises, and cool-down stretches. Over 8 weeks, strength and balance improve. Our trained agents will help you learn and do these exercises safely.
