Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is a strength training program for older adults. Strength training has many benefits:

- reduced risk of heart disease
Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is for older adults who want to improve quality of life and stay active. The exercises are easy to lear, safe, and effective.
Sessions include warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises, and cool-down stretches. Over 8 weeks, strength and balance improve. Our trained agents will help you learn and do these exercises safely.

Upcoming Classes: $20 Per Person
Chanute: Mondays and Wednesdays, January 8 - February 26, at a location to be announced. Sessions will be from 10:00 - 11:00am. Pre-registration will be held Friday, January 3, 9:00 - 10:30.
Fort Scott: Mondays and Fridays, January 13 - March 6, at the Buck Run Community Center from 8:30 - 9:30am.
Iola: Mondays and Wednesdays, January 8 - February 26, at the Allen County courthouse meeting room from noon - 1:00pm. Pre-registration will be Friday, January 3rd from 11:30 - 1:00.
Yates Center: Tuesdays and Thursdays, February 20 - April 9, at Town Hall from 9:00 - 10:00am. Deadline to register is February 10.
