Commercial Pesticide Applicator Guidelines

To legally apply any pesticide (even lawn fertilizers with herbicides) for compensation, you must have a Kansas Pesticide Business License and at least one employee with a Kansas Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification in the appropriate category.
