Notice to buyers of Woodson County Fair animals: Any beef or hog going to Woodson County Prime Meats from the County Fair will need to have a cut sheet accompany the animal. This applies to animals sold prior to the fair or purchased through the Premium Sale. Cut sheets will be available the night of the Premium Sale; you can call Prime Meats: 620-625-2711; or find the sheet on their website: https://www.wocoprime.com/cut-sheet

  1. Use a kitchen scale, using grams.

  4. Use Google to find the ingredient household measurement to convert to grams and continue with calculation.
